Milwaukee police investigate Sunday morning shooting of 40-year-old man near 29th and Parnell

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- the Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a shooting Sunday morning, Dec. 12, near 29th and Parnell.
Authorities say the shooting occurred at approximately 3:40 a.m. Sunday.
Milwaukee police announced that the victim, a 40-year-old man, sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Officials are reportedly investigating the circumstances leading up to the shooting.
Milwaukee police reportedly continue to seek unknown suspects.
