Milwaukee Police find Critical Missing

UPDATE: Parrott has been found safe and has been returned to his group home.
Milwaukee Police searched for a critically missing man and were asking for the public’s help in locating him.
Robert L. Parrott, 22 years-old, was last seen around 7:00 AM on October 23 at his group home in the 3200 block of South 99 Street. Parrott is autistic and has the mental capacity of a small child. He is 6 feet 1-inch tall, 215 pounds, with a muscular build.
He has a short haircut and a thin beard and was last seen wearing a light gray jogging suit and black boots.
