Milwaukee Police: 63-year-old man shot near 34th and Capitol

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are investigating an afternoon shooting that left a 63-year-old man injured.

Police say the shooting happened shortly after 4 p.m. Thursday near 34th and Capitol.

The victim is being treated at a local hospital for what is believed to be a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting are still being investigated.

Milwaukee Police continue to search for suspects.
