Milwaukee Police: 21-year-old shot near 17th and Mitchell

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is currently investigating an afternoon shooting that left a 21-year-old man injured.
According to police, the shooting happened around 1 p.m. Monday in the 1600 block of S. 17th Street.
The victim suffered what is believed to be a non-life threatening injury.
The circumstances remain under investigation.
The investigation remains ongoing and Milwaukee Police continue to search for suspects.
