Milwaukee police: 1 person seriously hurt in shooting near 23rd and Scott

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One person was seriously hurt in a shooting that happened near 23rd and Scott in Milwaukee on Monday, Nov. 1.
It happened just before 9:45 a.m.
According to police, the victim sustained life-threating injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
