Milwaukee man fatally shot near 9th and Lincoln, suspect in custody

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County medical examiner was called to a homicide near 9th and Lincoln Wednesday night, July 28.

Police say the victim, a 33-year-old Milwaukee man, was fatally shot.
Officers located a 22-year-old male suspect who also sustained a serious gunshot injury.
The suspect is currently at a local hospital in police custody.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation.
