Milwaukee man sentenced to 40 months for possessing over 6,000 images and videos of child porn

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man has been sentenced to 40 months in prison for possessing child porn.
55-year-old Oscar Chaves used a computer program to download child porn and engage in highly sexualized chats with other users about their enjoyment for child pornography.
During a search of Chaves' home, the FBI discovered computers, removable hard drives, and DVDs that together contained more than 6,000 images and videos of child pornography.
After his prison sentence is over, Chaves will spend five years on supervised release.
