Milwaukee man arrested for OWI with 10-year-old child in back seat

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Early Thursday morning around 3 a.m. Milwaukee County Sheriff's Deputies stopped a car that was swerving in traffic on I-43 south near Maple Street.
A 35-year-old Milwaukee man told the deputy he only had one beer but he had a Breathalyzer test result of 0.12.
Officials found a 10-year-old child in the back seat and the man was arrested for his first OWI.
A passenger in the car was sober and was allowed to drive the car and her child from the scene.
