One of the men accused of looting during the unrest in Sherman Park pleaded guilty Monday.
Police say Darius Saxton helped break into and then steal from the Metro PCS, O'Reily's Auto Parts and Jet Beauty back on August 13th.
That was the day Sylville Smith was shot by a former Milwaukee officer.
The fatal shooting was followed by several nights of unrest in the Sherman Park Neighborhood.
"You understand that we're here to take your pleas of guilty on these three charges?" asked the judge.
"Yes, your honor," was Saxton's reply.
He's scheduled for sentencing in March.
