Milwaukee man accused of shooting at home with woman, children inside bound over for trial

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man accused of opening fire on a home with a woman and children inside was bound over for trial Wednesday, March 29.

Harold Gierbolini, 46, is charged with four counts first-degree recklessly endangering safety and one count possession of a firearm by a felon.

Doorbell surveillance footage captured him walking up to a home near 17th and Capitol in January, ringing the doorbell and walking away before turning around and firing several shots at the home.

A woman and multiple children were inside the home at the time of the incident, according to a criminal complaint. Seven bullets penetrated the home, with six going into the bedroom and one into the living room.

Gierbolini appeared in court by video Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to the charges.

A scheduling conference is set for May 19.
