Milwaukee man, 33, fatally shot near 24th and Ruby

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County medical examiner was called to the scene of a fatal shooting Tuesday night, Sept. 27.
Authorities say it happened near 24th and Ruby around 8:40 p.m.
A 33-year-old Milwaukee man died at the scene.
Police say a firearm has been recovered and an investigation is ongoing.
