Milwaukee man, 27, arrested after allegedly pulling gun on McDonald's employee

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 27-year-old Milwaukee man is facing charges after police say he pulled a gun on a drive-thru employee at McDonald's.

According to Glendale Police, officers were called to the McDonald's located at 5344 N. Port Washington Road around 4 p.m. on August 15.

Upon arrival, they learned that a man in the drive-thru became upset with the worker at the second window because she didn't know what he had ordered.

Police say an argument ensued and the man allegedly pulled a gun from a duffel bag, pointing it at the McDonald's employee before allegedly saying, "I will shoot you."

The employee then allegedly told the man she was not afraid of him.

Glendale Police later located the man and arrested him.

He faces charges of Disorderly Conduct and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
