MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- WWE’s Road to WrestleMania is set to hit Milwaukee on Saturday, March 18 at Fiserv Forum, with United States Champion Austin Theory set to defend his title belt during the event.
Theory, who is the youngest WWE champion, shared his experience about the journey to WrestleMania when he joined us on Monday, March 6.
He discussed the path of his career, including many shows, bruises and beatings. He added that walking into WrestleMania as the United States Champion was a dream come true.
Theory also spoke about his time in independent wrestling, where he learned how to hustle and develop his passion for wrestling. He said that it taught him to see how bad he wanted it and how much passion he had for it.
The Milwaukee show is set to feature other WWE superstars, but Theory urged fans to come out specially to see him.
"I'm the now. I'm the forever. Austin Theory is the youngest and the best and I'm going to carry the WWE to the top. But here's the thing, you gotta be there because you don't want to jump on the bandwagon in a few years when they tell you that I'm the greatest, I'm the legend, I'm immortal."
He added, "You gotta see the United States Champion!"
The show begins at 7:30 p.m. on March 18 with tickets being available now by clicking here.
