MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A group of local Milwaukee florists and floral farmers known as "MKE Seen," came together to create a flower installation outside America's Black Holocaust Museum Friday, June 19.
It's in recognition of Juneteenth Day, and also the 36th anniversary of the founding of the museum.
At the end of the day, it's meant to add some joy and softness to the holiday.
"Flowers can really change a space and bring a lot of positive energy, and what we're hoping -- our main goal -- is encouragement," said florist Sally Vander Wyst.
They also gave away free bouquets.
