Milwaukee firefighters respond to two fires

Milwaukee firefighters are responding to the scene of two north side fires tonight.

One is an 8-family apartment building fire on N. 63rd St. with heavy smoke and fire coming from the second floor.

The fire chief says everyone is out of the building but there is no word on injuries or a cause yet.

The other is a fire in a duplex in 1300 block of 36th St.

Firefighters just arrived on scene and there is no word whether there are people inside the building.
