Milwaukee Fashion Week Returns for Second Year

So, we've heard the stereotypes that a Wisconsinite's idea of fashion is a cheesehead and a Packers jersey.

The organizers of Milwaukee Fashion Week beg to differ and they're proving their idea is taking hold.

Thursday, Friday and Sunday, September  22nd thru Saturday, September 24th, the event returns for a second year.

Billed as an amazing showcases of fashion from designers in Milwaukee as well as drawing those from the Madison area and Chicago.

Fashion weeks is going on inside the VUE ballroom inside the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee.

The 2016 event is presented by Milwaukee Magazine.

Milwaukee Fashion Week continues its support for Pathfinders in 2016, with 100% of the events net proceeds being donated to the 501c3 non-profit organization.

Their inaugural event raised over $7,400.00. Pathfinders "empowers youth and young adults, in the Greater Milwaukee area, by providing them with emotional support, resources for basic needs, and tangible tools for a fresh star such from housing to education.
