Milwaukee criminal defense attorney weighs in on arrest of Judge Hannah Dugan

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Ray Dall’Osto, a criminal defense attorney in Milwaukee, spoke with CBS 58 about the recent arrest of Judge Hannah Dugan.
