Milwaukee crash leaves 3 injured, 1 in custody

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A crash in Milwaukee is under investigation after it took place on Tuesday, May 2 at around 9 p.m., leaving three passengers injured and the driver in custody.

The incident occurred when a white Ford, heading westbound, collided with an unoccupied, parked black Ford near 58th and W. Appleton.

Injured passengers from the white Ford included a ten-year-old girl and a 59-year-old Milwaukee man with non-life-threatening injuries, as well as a 12-year-old girl with serious injuries.

The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office is reviewing pending charges while the investigation is ongoing.
