MILWAUKEE COUNTY (CBS 58) – The Milwaukee County Historical Society is opening an exhibit Wednesday on prohibition.
The day marks the 100th anniversary of the 18th Amendment which criminalized the production, importation, transportation and sale of alcoholic beverages.
The exhibit, “How Dry I Am”, explores how people in Milwaukee fared during prohibition. It will be on display until May 4. More information can be found on the historical society's website.
