Milwaukee County declares snow emergency, closes all non-essential in person services, courthouse

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County office of emergency management has declared a snow emergency for Tuesday, Feb. 22.
All Milwaukee County in-person services are closed for the day, including the courthouse. Only essential services will be available. Businesses are set to reopen on Wednesday, Feb. 23.
