MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee County Corrections Officer accused of punching an inmate told investigators he "lost control" and "lost my cool" giving the inmate "a couple chest shots" and a "couple strikes."
According to the criminal complaint, Rashed Farrakhan punched an inmate several times when the inmate was being taken to his cell.
The complaint says the inmate was laughing at Farrakhan, but other correction officers told investigators the inmate was not making threats or trying to use physical force against them.
