Milwaukee Bucks to pay tribute to fallen officer Michael Michalski

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Bucks will be paying tribute to the memory of Officer Michael Michalski.

Officer Michalski, who was killed on duty near 28th and Wright last Wednesday, used to work all of the time at Bucks games at the Bradley Center for several years.

To honor him, The Milwaukee Bucks will be doing the following:

1) The flag at Fiserv Forum is at half-staff per protocol thru Wednesday night. It has been down since his death.
2) The arena will light in blue for the duration of the day Wednesday until midnight.
3) 5th street parking structure sign will have an “In remembrance” photo of officer Michalski and the MPD badge for the duration of the day Wednesday.
4) The Johnson Controls entrance sign will display the “thin blue line” image for the duration of the day Wednesday.
