Milwaukee Bucks Players Take Local Kids Christmas Shopping

It was a special last-minute shopping trip for some Milwaukee kids and the Milwaukee Bucks were there to help them pick the perfect present.

CBS 58 captured the excitement Monday night at the Kohl's at Bayshore Town Center in Glendale.

You might think the kids would just go for stuff for themselves. But we found most were just as excited to be buying something for a family member.

"I cam in hoping to find something for my sister because she didn't get the opportunity to come," explained Kasim Alexander. "So, I wanted to make her happy by getting her something."

The kids were also treated to dinner, a Kohl's gift card, plus four tickets to Friday's Bucks game against the Washington Wizard.

"It's just very cool at Christmas time," Bucks Guard Steve Novak told CBS 58 News. "They're here, able to get cool stuff and they're helping out their families."
