MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee advocacy group says there's a cultural change going on when it comes to sexual harassment.
'9to5' offers assistance to women who've been sexually harassed at work among other resources.
The organization says recent allegations that have gone public have women feeling safe enough to come forward but more needs to be done to protect women at work.
"I think these are necessary conversations but we have to be at a place within our society to be open and to be even to name some of the levels of oppression because at the end of the day it's just a power dynamic," said Astar Herndon, State Director of 9to5.
The organization says if anyone is sexually harassed at work, it's important to document what happened and to have a support system.
