MFPD investigates retail theft, two suspected of not paying for groceries

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Menomonee Falls Police Department is investigating a retail theft that occurred on Thursday, Nov. 23.
According to police, an unknown Black female and an unknown Black male left Woodman's Food Market without paying for $139.84 worth of groceries.
