Menomonee Falls Police Department investigates identity theft

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Menomonee Falls Police Department is investigating an identity theft that occurred on Sept. 15, at GP Molds. 

An unknown Black female cashed a check from the business for $2,000.65 at an Associated Bank in Milwaukee without the owner's consent. The suspect was driving a green Hyundai Santa Fe, license plate RP5940. 

The license plate comes back to no vehicle associated, according to police.
