MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Menomonee Falls Police Department is currently investigating a fatal shooting.
Police say they were called to Pilgrim Road and Megal Drive for a report of a man lying in the street around 4:22 p.m. on Friday.
Police say that an apparent dispute between two drivers who knew each other lead to the shooting.
A 24-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A suspect has been identified but is not currently in custody. Police say that this is an isolated incident and that there is no threat to the community.
Pilgrim Road will be closed from I-41 north to County Line Road / C.T.H. Q for the majority of the evening. Alternate routes are I-41and S.T.H. 145 between Main Street and County Line Road / C.T.H. Q.
The investigation remains ongoing.
