Menomonee Falls K9 unit bites citizen in the hand requiring stitches

Menomonee Falls Police confirm to CBS 58 that K9 Tyson escaped his handlers home and bit a Cedarburg woman on the hand on June 30. The woman's injury required stitches.
Officials are investigating whether or not the handler broke any protocol which led to the dog's escape.
The dog was seen by a vet and quarantined for ten days after the incident.
