KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Two owners of a used car dealership are facing charges in Kenosha County after a video went viral of them defacing a customer's driver's license.

It happened Feb. 25 at NH Auto Sales in Kenosha.

According to court records, a Waukesha woman said she forgot her ID at the business after choosing not to buy a car. When she contacted an employee, he said he didn't have it.

Later, an unknown person sent her a Snapchat video of two men bending her ID and urinating on it.

Bryan Slaven of Milwaukee and Zachary Brugioni of Lake Forest, Illinois, both 26, were charged on March 21 with theft, damage to property, and disorderly conduct.

They are not in custody.

Slaven and Brugioni appeared with attorneys in pretrial court Tuesday, April 4, each pleading not guilty to several misdemeanor charges.

The court issued a no-contact order with the victim for both men and said while they may have contact with each other to run their business, they are not allowed to discuss the case with each other.

Since neither defendant has a criminal background, court commissioner Loren Keating imposed a signature bond of $1,000 for both, meaning they don't owe the court unless they violate conditions.

"The allegations are vulgar and disturbing; however, they are allegations at this point," Keating said.

Both men will be back in court next month.
