Meet CBS 58's Pet of the Week: Phoebe

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The weather outside is frightful, but today's Pet of the Week is delightful.

Stacy Oatman from the Wisconsin Humane Society joined us to introduce 2-month-old puppy Phoebe who is currently awaiting a forever home at the WHS Milwaukee campus.

She also talked about pet obesity.
