MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Rachel Hahn from the Wisconsin Humane Society (WHS) joined CBS 58 on Tuesday, Jan. 25 to introduce us to Blanca for our Pet of the Week segment. Blanca is a 3-year-old dog available for adoption at the WHS' Milwaukee Campus.
