MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County medical examiner confirms one person has died in a shooting near 29th and Congress Tuesday night, Jan. 9.

Police say the victim, a 24-year-old, was pronounced dead at the scene. He was identified Wednesday by the medical examiner as Nicholas Howard.

A 68-year-old was arrested.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain under investigation, and charges are pending review.
