MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a homicide Sunday, Oct. 10 near 17th and North in Milwaukee.
Police say the shooting occurred at approximately 12:40 p.m. Sunday.
Officials report that the victim, a 22-year-old Milwaukee man, was located on the street with a fatal gunshot wound.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting are reportedly under investigation.
Milwaukee police continue to seek unknown suspects.

Officials add that an autopsy on the victim will be conducted Monday, Oct. 11.
