Milwaukee man, 39, killed in shooting near 29th and Ruby

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police say a 39-year-old Milwaukee man was killed in a shooting near 29th and Ruby Sunday, Jan. 30.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office says they responded to a death in the area of 29th and Ruby around 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon, Jan. 30.
They did not say whether the victim is a man or a woman.
