UPDATE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal shooting on Milwaukee's North Side. 

Police were called to reports of a shooting near N. 24th St. and W. Melvina St. around 9:15 p.m., Monday night. 

The victim was a 37-year-old man. He suffered a fatal gunshot wound. 

No arrests have been made at this time.
