Police: 39-year-old man fatally shot on Milwaukee's west side

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A homicide investigation is underway near 30th Street and St. Paul Avenue in Milwaukee Tuesday, July 13.

Milwaukee police say around 9:45 a.m., a 39-year-old man was fatally shot.

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office has scheduled an autopsy.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation.
