GLENDALE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- According to the North Shore Fire Department, a body was found in the Milwaukee River in Glendale on Saturday, March 30.
The North Shore Fire and Glendale Police Department received a call around 2:54 p.m. about a body found in the river near the boat launch on the Milwaukee River near St. Clare Ave.
The body was discovered by the Milwaukee Fire Department dive team. They did not dive but made a surface recovery, according to the fire department.
According to the Glendale Police Department, the body is "believed to be" 31-year-old Eugeniu Matcin from Illinois, who went missing in January.
Police say there are no signs of foul play.
