MCTS Going Paperless

It's the end of an era for the Milwaukee County Transit System.

Beginning February 29, "Leap Day" MCTS is going paperless and will no longer sell or issue paper passes.

In fact, the last set of weekly paper bus passes were processed at the print shop today.

Riders will still be able to pay with cash, but they're encouraged to get the "M-card".

The M-Card is a reusable electronic smart card that makes riding easier and cheaper.
