(MILWAUKEE) - Milwaukee County Transit System bus driver Irena Ivic is making good use of her newfound recognition. In January the Serbian immigrant earned worldwide recognition for rescuing a toddler who was wandering alone on a freeway overpass and is now finding a way to pay that attention forward, starting a fundraising campaign to support groups that help homeless youth.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning Jacquelyn Abad took a ride with Irena on her MCTS bus route to learn how this example of humanity on wheels is moving in a new direction to help other young people who end up lost in the streets.
