Mayor Barrett Supports 45-mph Speed Limit on I-94

MILWAUKEE-- If Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett has his way, a section of I-94 just west of Miller Park would have a speed limit of 45 miles per hour. Barrett says this is the best alternative to a construction project the Wisconsin Department of Transportation is considering. But some drivers want Mayor Barrett to \"hit the brakes\" on this idea.
