Marshall man facing 9th OWI charge after allegedly crashing into concrete wall
WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 46-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly crashed his car into a concrete wall in Winnebago County Thursday.
Police say it happened near I-41 at Prospect Ave around 7:05 a.m.
Larry Matthew Eldridge, of Marshall, Wis. faces charges of operating while under the influence, 9th offense, and operating after revocation, 2nd offense.
Upon apprehending Eldridge, a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper found him in the vehicle unconscious and not wearing a seat belt.
The trooper discovered open intoxicants and the odor of alcohol in the vehicle.
Eldridge was taken to a local hospital in Neenah.
