Marquette's Howard named to Big East All-Freshman team

Marquette guard Markus Howard was honored as one of the six members of the Big East conference's All-Freshman team. Howard leads the Golden Eagles in scoring this season averaging 13.1 points per night. He also leads the entire country in 3-point percentage making 55% of his shots from long distance. 

Howard and the Golden Eagles earned the 4 seed in the conference tournament. They'll take on Seton Hall Thursday afternoon.
