Marquette University fraternities facing allegations

Milwaukee - The allegations of sexual misconduct and hazing surround Sigma Phi Delta, Delta Chi, and the Triangle Fraternity at Marquette University. Milwaukee Police say one incident includes a report of sexual assault back on April 5th in the 800 block of North 16th street on campus where the Triangle Fraternity is located.

The division of student affairs at Marquette University issued a warning to all three organizations, and the university is investigating. Milwaukee police say the alleged victims have chosen not to press any charges. The District Attorney has reviewed the case, and will not prosecute at this time.
