Marquette swept in season series by Creighton

The Marquette Golden Eagles fell to the 11th ranked Creighton Blue Jays 85-70 Wednesday night at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.
Doug McDermott and Ethan Wraggle combined for 47 points in the win for the Blue Jays.
The loss gives the Golden Eagles a 15-11 record on the season, 7-6 in the Big East, snapping a three-game win streak.
Marquette guard Todd Mayo scored 13 in the losing effort.
