Marquette men's basketball team jumps to No. 6 in AP's Top 25

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Don't look now, but the Marquette men's basketball team is catching fire right before March.

The Golden Eagles soared to the number six spot in this week's AP Top 25.

That's the program's highest ranking in 45 years -- not bad for a team that was ranked ninth in their own conference in the pre-season. 

Tyler Kolek was also named Big East Player of the Week.
