Marquette Madness kicks off Golden Eagles basketball season

The Marquette Golden Eagles kicked off basketball season with Marquette Madness, featuring both the men's and women's basketball teams at the Al McGuire Center in downtown Milwaukee.
The men celebrate 100 years of basketball in 2016-17 and will pay homage to the team's past with new uniforms, placing the Marquette script below the number.
Marquette's men will begin their season with an exhibition against Rockhurst November 5th at the BMO Harris Bradley Center before playing Vanderbilt in the Veterans Classic November 11th in Annapolis, Maryland.
The Golden Eagles women's team will play an exhibition with Minnesota State November 6th while playing Longwood State November 11th--both at the Al McGuire Center
