Marquette falls to Butler in OT

The Marquette Golden Eagles lost to the Butler Bulldogs 69-57 in overtime Saturday afternoon in Indianapolis.
Marquette held a double-digit lead in the second half but needed two Jake Thomas free throws to send the game into overtime.
Forward Davante Gardner scored 13 of his 17 points in the first half to lead the Golden Eagles.
