MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Urban Underground, with the help of Hanson Dodge Advertising, unveiled an innovative window installation Friday, Aug. 14.
It features a message meant to unite the community.
"March With Us, Invest In Us" can be seen from Hanson Dodge headquarters located on E. Buffalo Street in Milwaukee.
Those who helped install it say the message highlights unity and supports equality in the city.
The director of Urban Underground says students who participated in the project opened doors to new opportunities.
"The students got a lot of things out of the project," said Sharlen Moore, Urban Underground and Youth Justice Milwaukee director. "Working together as a team, being able to work with other partners to provide input, garner their ideas...writing, they did some photography, it was just an incredible opportunity for students who want to understand, that want to necessarily go into the design field."
Moore hopes this inspires other projects that help showcase the talents of young people in Milwaukee.
