MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A man convicted of killing a Milwaukee DPW worker has been sentenced to 12 years in prison and 11 years of supervision.
Back in February, Terron Clayborn was driving the car that hit Byran Rodriguez who was filling potholes near 17th and Vine.
Police say Clayborn ran off, leaving his car at the scene. He was arrested nearly two weeks later.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The man who hit and killed a Milwaukee DPW worker is expected to be sentenced Thursday morning.
Terron Clayborn took a plea deal in May. He faces up to 18 years in prison.
Investigators say Clayborn was driving the car that hit DPW worker Bryan Rodriguez while he was filling potholes in February.
