Man under the influence pulls gun out downtown on North Milwaukee Street

A Milwaukee Police officer saw a man pointing and aiming a gun in Downtown Milwaukee on Friday at 2:10 AM in the 600 block of North Milwaukee Street.
The suspect then re-holstered the weapon. 
The officer approached the suspect and found the suspect to be holding a loaded handgun as well as marijuana. The suspect, a 38-year-old Milwaukee man, admitted to drinking and a breathalyzer test revealed his Blood Alcohol Content was .13. He faces several charges including Possession of THC, Endangering Safety by Use of a Dangerous Weapon, and Disorderly Conduct.
